About Me

My name's Joshua and I live in Dalston, London. When I'm not working in the wonderful world of finance I tend to cook, eat and photograph food. As I've been doing this for years I thought it was about time I started collating and sharing it all on a blog.

I like to travel the world, mainly to eat any local dishes but I don't mind seeing the sights and checking out the different cultures too. I think a country's cuisine tells you as much about it as anything else can though.
