Have already posted on Schmoof's blog how utterly jealous I am, this course, making macaroons, would be a dream course for me!
I don't know if you remember but Pete and I made some macaroons during the holidays last Christmas and they came out extremely well. We were careful to follow the book's introductory section full of essential tips to success including ensuring that sugar and ground almonds were properly seived, bringing all ingredients to room temperature and various others.
Anyway, woo hoo to you and a big fat jealous smile here.
