This course looks absolutely brilliant. If I had a suitable little outside space (only got a balcony) then I'd definitely give smoking a go. One day. I can't wait to see what you come up with at home.

This sounds like a really good course.

The only smoking I've done is hot smoking, but I'd love to have a go at constructing a cold smoker.


Smoked eggs! That's brilliant. Very much in favour of trying to keep these skills alive.
